tasting of traditional sausages from Podillya on January 25 at 3:00 PM.

Franpilska
Sausage with choroshlymov
Smotrichska
and also nachinkau - Podilskyi version of terrine.
You will not only taste unique flavors, but also learn about the history of the creation, origin, and distribution of these sausages in Podilskyi, which includes the Odesa region.

And Yulia Sushchenko will tell and show you what interesting things you can buy at the markets in Khmelnytskyi and Kamianets-Podilskyi.

We eat the sausage with homemade Podil bread and wash it down with homemade strong products or compote.
