This is one of the most famous Broadway musicals, and it is being staged in our theater for the second time.

The first production was in 1987, directed by Eduard Mytnytsky, with Mykhailo Vodyanoy in the lead role. The success of the performance was unequivocally noted by both the audience and critics, and for Vodyanoy, the role of Tevye became the pinnacle of his acting career. However, six months later, the Master tragically passed away, and the fortunate run of the production came to an end.

Now, 30 years later, "Fiddler on the Roof" returns to the Odesa stage. Remarkably, its themes are even more relevant today. Humanity, in its quest for survival, must learn wisdom from philosophers like Tevye, who converses with God.
